Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy on Orders Placed for Delivery Location Within India :

We are unable to cancel an order once it has been dispatched. However, we do offer a return option in the case of damaged or faulty products, or if the wrong product has been delivered. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you are not happy with the color of a product. This is because colors can appear different on different computer screens and under different lighting conditions.

 We will process your refund request within 1 week of receiving the returned product.

To return a product that was damaged during transit or if the wrong product was delivered, please email our customer support team at hello@nurrafashion.com within 48 hours of delivery. We unfortunately cannot accept any return requests that are made after 48 hours of delivery. 

Please note that we will not refund any postage charges incurred to return the product. We will only refund the original amount paid for the returned item/s.

 We will charge a processing fee of 2.5% excluding taxes for any cancellations of prepaid orders before dispatch. However, this fee will be

waived if the products cannot be dispatched due to a fault on our part (e.g. out of stock products).

For items that were not delivered, we will only process the refund once we have confirmation that the product was not delivered to you, and you have chosen to take a refund instead of another product.
